| 摘 要： | 以城市发展的战略角度为出发点,确定对大学园区选址有影响的因素,在此基础上建立指标体系并用于评价备选方案.各指标的权重可根据层次分析法加以确定,同时需要构建基于AHP的模糊评价方法,并用于对是否适宜作为大学园区的选址问题进行科学的定量评价.结合模糊综合评价与层次分析法,针对天津海河大学园区的选址问题进行评价.其评价结果为：选址较为合理,评价结果较好,适宜作为大学园区进行开发.

| Abstract: | According to the development strategies of city, we determine the factors affecting location of the college town to form the index system about evaluation. The index weight is calculated using AHP to establish a fuzzy evaluation model a- bout evaluation of the college town＇s location. Based on fuzzy AHP method, we evaluated the location of Haihe college town of Tianjin. The conclusion of the evaluation is that the location of Haihe college town is good and reasonable for campus de- velopment. |
