建筑市场执业资格人员信用评价指标体系研究

对建筑市场执业资格人员进行信用评价,能够有效地约束和规范其行为.文章针对目前建筑市场部分执业资格人员信用缺失或信用水平不高的问题,通过文献分析和问卷调查确定了执业资格人员信用的影响因素,在对其进行初步筛选的基础上,通过因子分析识别出执业资格人员信用评价指标体系,即基本情况、工作能力、工作业绩、公共记录4类指标.同时运用AHP确定了指标权重,并利用物元分析法对注册建造师信用进行了评价,验证了指标的合理性.

Research on Credit Evaluation Criteria System of Practicing Qualification Personnel in Construction Market

Credit evaluation can effectively constrain and regulate behaviors of practicing qualification personnel in construction market. In view of the credit loss or relatively low level of practicing qualification personnel in construction mar- ket, this paper identifies the factors that affect credit of practicing qualification personnel through literature review and questionnaire survey. Based on the ,esuh of preliminary screening, this paper identifies credit evaluation criteria system of practicing qualification personnel through factor analysis, namely basic information, operational capability, work perform- ance and public records, and then determines the criteria weight using AHP method. Finally, matter-analysis theory is applied to evaluate the credit of registered constructors, verifying the rationality of the criteria.
