| 摘 要： | 科技型中小企业在国民经济中处于重要地位，其科技成果转化对于企业解放生产力发挥着重大作用，因而科技型中小企业的科技成果转化越来越受到政府、企业和学者的高度重视。在对科技成果转化过程中的博弈机理分析的基础上，构建了科技型中小企业科技成果转化过程供需双方动态博弈模型，并针对单一价格和差别价格的科技成果转化博弈进行分析表明，科技成果差别价格反映了科技成果价格与质量的正相关关系。

| Abstract: | The small and medium-sized science and technology sci-tech enterprises is taking an important position in promoting the economy of our country and technological innovation, so the growth of small and medium-sized sci-tech, enterprises is paid close attention to by government, enterprises and scholars.A dynamic game theory model is constructed for the supplier and demander in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. The service price and quality are studied under uniform price and different prices. It is pointed out that win-win for both sides can be realized under different prices, and the different prices results reflect the positive correlation between the price and quality of scientific and technological achievements. |
