| 摘 要： | 对经济预警的各种方法进行了分析比较，确定了将统计预警方法作为房地产预警系统设计的基础；运用时差相关分析数学方法筛选出警兆指标，并确定了预警界限，确定了模糊评价方法来进行警级综合的警情预报，使房地产经济分析走向定量化和系统化；明确了警情发生时的控制目标和方向，实现了房地产预警系统的计算机处理。

| Abstract: | Compared with various economic early warning methods the statistic early warning method was used to design the early warning system.The early warning indexes given by the time difference correlation method were chosen and the early warning limits were made.The fuzzy evaluation method was used to integrate the early warning indexes.This method makes the real estate analysis quantitative and systematic and can make clear the controlling targets and orientation when alarms appear.The system has been operated on a computer. |
