| 摘 要： | 为了构建某市的电子政务系统,实现基础信息共享,探索数据共享与交换机制,并利用信息技术推动政务工作的科学化与高效率,阐述了在电子政务实施过程中,如何建立一个以消息系统为基础,以门户系统、工作流和数据集成为核心的多层次电子政务平台的构架,并对其实现技术进行了研究。该电子政务系统的实施,必将推动政府信息工作的建设,为电子政务系统的深入推进打下良好的基础。

| Abstract: | To construct an e-government system in one city and realize basic information sharing,and research on mechanism of data sharing and exchange,so as to use information technique to advance government affairs to be more scientific and efficient,the establishment of a multi levels e-government platform frame was described,which is based on message system and takes portal system,work flow,and data integration as kernel during actualization of e-government.And the realization technique of e-government was also studied.This e-government system will definitely drive government information building and establishe a good base for promoting e-government. |
