调整社会结构与构建和谐社会

构建社会主义和谐社会是建设中国特色社会主义的一项基本任务。社会结构合理是社会和谐的前提和基础。目前中国社会发展正处在一个关键时期,随着中国社会结构的变动,主要是城乡结构、地区结构、阶层结构、组织结构、就业结构、人口和家庭结构,出现了一些不合理的构架,直接影响到社会的和谐发展。因此,在当前和争后一段时间内,应以科学发展观为指导,合理调整社会结构,构建社会主义和谐社会。

Readjusting Social Construction and Building Harmonious Socialist Society

A rational social structure is a prerequisite basis of social harmony. At present, our society are developing at a key stage. With the changing of society and economy, Chinese social structure, including mainly urban-rural structure, district structure, social stratum structure, social organization structure, employment structure, population and family structure , have a lot of irrational factors. So, we shall take the concept of scientific development as a guiding ideology, readjust the social constructure, and build a harmonious socialist society.
