| 摘 要： | 英美和中国香港地区近年兴起的伙伴关系管理模式是对工程建设项目管理模式的一种创新,其目的是为了实现共赢。运用制度经济学中的交易成本理论分析了建设项目管理过程中传统管理模式与伙伴关系管理模式的区别及伙伴关系模式下的交易成本构成。提出在市场经济条件下,建设项目管理组织创新的机理是加强建筑业企业间的合作,降低搜索信息、监督、担保、救济等交易成本,实现投资价值的最大化。

| Abstract: | A new project management mode,partnering management,rising in the USA,UK and the area of Hong Kong,China,is an innovation of project management modes.Its objective is to win together.The theory of transaction costs is used to analyze the difference between the traditional management mode and the partnering management mode and the transaction cost elements of a construction project under parterning mode.It is put forward that the mechanism of organization innovation in construction project management under the conditions of market economy is to enhance the partnering cooperation between enterprises in construction industry in order to reduce the transaction costs,such as on finding information,supervising work process,bonding,and taking corrective action,and finally maximize investment value. |
