论中国木版年画数据库的建立与开发——兼及非物质文化遗产保护

年画是国家级非物质文化遗产项目。在天津大学的参与协助下，年画正在申请进入世界非物质文化遗产名录。毋庸置疑，年画具有极高的人文价值和艺术价值。建设“中国木版年画数据库”对于保护、传承和发展中国年画有着重要的意义。目前，该数据库正由天津大学冯骥才文学艺术研究院建立开发。数据库的基础数据来自于历时10年的“中国木版年画普查保护工程”。包括该工程的全部资料以及不断获得的最新研究成果和图文资料。通过数字化方式对这些数据进行保存、梳理、归类并展示，在保证这些珍贵资料安全的同时也为研究年画的各国学者提供了全面可靠的信息，弥补了年画数字化保护领域的缺失。

Establishment and Development of Wood-Block New Year Picture Database --Discussion on Protecting Intangible Cultural Heritage

Chinese wood-block new year picture database is an important part of Chinese folk cultural heritage preservation project. Through muhi-media and digitalization, the database reviews, classifies, preserves and displays the material from Chinese wood-block new year picture research, publications and latest research achievements. The establishment of the da- tabase has profound and significant meaning for preserving, handing down and developing new year picture, an important intangible cultural heritage. It provides reliable and thorough information for the scholars in this area and fills in the gap in new year picture digitalized preservation.
