| 摘 要： | 长期以来,各个高校的宿舍文化建设较为普遍地存在着"文化是虚的,只有环境才是实的"片面认识,因而忽视宿舍文化的育人功能,不重视宿舍文化建设。在客观分析高校宿舍文化的内涵及育人功能的基础上,对创新高校宿舍文化建设的意义和内容进行了研究。

| Abstract: | For a long time, in dormitory culture construction, most colleges considered unilaterally that culture was virtual, but environment was concrete. They ignore the education effect of dormitory culture and attach little importance to domitory culture construction. Based on the connotation of dormitory culture in colleges and on the educational function of it, this paper makes researches on the significance and content of innovation in constructing dormitory culture in colleges. |
