| 摘 要： | 历史文化遗产是世界遗产的重要组成部分,是一种不可再生的文化资源,具有重要的历史、艺术和科学价值,其保护工作是一项长期而艰巨的任务。随着社会的发展和科技的进步,历史文化遗产的保护理念和方法不断完善和发展,保护要以正确的价值取向为原则,坚持全面的、科学的、动态的保护方法;同时,历史文化遗产的再利用要和保护协调统一,正确处理好遗产保护与现代化建设之间的关系,充分发挥遗产在现代社会中的积极作用。 |

| Abstract: | The historical and cultural heritage is a part of the world heritage.As a kind of un-reproducible resources,it has historical,artistic and scientific value.So the protection is very important.With the development of society and advancement of science and technology,the protection idea and measures are being improved.On one hand,we should insist on the legitimacy worthiness principle and scientific,comprehensive,dynamic method.On the other hand,we should coordinate the heritage protection and modernization building,and exert positive effect of the heritage in the modern times. |
