| 摘 要： | 主要研究了第三方物流公司（3PL）和港口企业下属物流公司之间竞争和合作两种关系下的定价策略。首先，建立了竞争关系下的改进伯川德竞争模型和合作关系下的等价协商合作模型及差价补偿合作模型；然后对模型进行分析，得出每种关系下的最优定价策略；最后对模型进行对比讨论，得出服务可以替代情况下差价补偿合作机制优于等价协商合作和竞争机制的结论。
