| 摘 要： | 企业绩效变化的趋势与规律对于企业管理有着重要的意义。根据分形理论的时间序列分析法,对企业绩效变化的时间序列进行了研究;判断了绩效变化曲线的分形特征,给出了相应的计算程序;用分形理论描述了企业绩效变化的情况及其有关分形的一系列指数,据此可进一步预测与评价。
