天津滨海新区金融创新的系统分析及对策

国内外区域经济发展事实表明，世界上任何一个经济圈或城市群的核心城市都是该区域的金融中心，甚至是国际金融中心。本文从天津滨海新区功能定位入手，深入分析了滨海新区金融创新的内部动因和基本条件，采用系统分析方法建立了金融创新结构模型。推进滨海新区金融体制改革与创新，应进一步扩大对外开放，提升对外融资能力；应进一步拓宽中小型科技企业的融资渠道，特别是直接融资能力；应加强区域金融交流与合作。

Systematic Analysis and Countermeasures of Financial Innovation in Tianjin Binhai New Area

Finance is the core of modem economy. The development of regional economies at home and abroad demonstrates that the core city of any economic circle or urban agglomeration is its financial center with some even the global financial centers. Beginning with the functional orientation of Tianjin Binhai New Area （TBNA） ,this paper analyzes the internal drives and basic conditions of TBNA financial innovation,and makes financial innovation models based on systematic methods. In order to advance the reform and innovation of financial strucrure,TBNA should further broaden the opening-up, increasing its financing capability; widen the financing channels of small- and medium-sized scientific enterprises especially raising their direct financing capability;and should enhance regional financial communications and cooperations.
