| 摘 要： | 在研究我国目前住宅开发系统的基础上,运用系统动力学理论,构建出我国住宅业发展的系统结构;描述了住房子系统、住房金融子系统、人口子系统以及经济子系统之间的关系;分析了影响我国住宅业发展的内部运行和外部协调因素,提出了使住宅业良性发展的政策建议。

Study on the System Construction of Chinese Urban Housing Industry Development |

| Abstract: | On the basis of the research on the present Chinese urban housing industry developing structure,we describe the relationship among housing subsystem,housing financial subsystem,population subsystem and economic subsystem;and analyze the inner and outer aspects which influence the development of housing industry with the method of system dynamics.Then we set up the developing system of urban housing industry.At last,we come up with the policy suggestion to make it in a satisfactory developing track. |
