管理工程教育之我见

摘    要:2006年,中国通过的国民经济和社会发展政策及国务院在2005年底发布的两项关于教育和产业调整政策均反映出中国目前对提高经济增长的质量和效益的重视和决心,同时也表明中国亟需培养大批优秀的现代工程师的迫切需要。从美、日、俄三国的科技发展史可以看出,单纯强调基础科学而忽略技术发展,对国家经济发展不能起到强有力的、直接的推动作用,因此,对工程师的教育培养刻不容缓。通过分析管理工程师的特殊性,阐述了我国管理工程教育目前存在的原则性和技术性问题,为中国管理工程教育提供新的思路。

Opinions on Education of Management Engineering

Abstract:Chinese government recently issued a series of policies to guide its domestic economic and social development, with two policies emphasizing on education and industry regulation. The policies reflect that China is managing to improve the quality and efficiency of the growth of its economy and imply that the current bottleneck is the bad need of a great number of modern engineers. By reviewing the science and technology evolution in USA, Japan and Russia, it is incontrovertible and critical to accentuate the education of engineers since the development of technology is a more powerful and direct force than that of science to promote national economy. Several fundamental and technical abuses of current education of management engineering were pointed out by analyzing the characteristics of management engineers, which provides new insight into Chinese education of management engineering.
