| 摘 要： | 集成电路产业是国民经济基础性和战略性产业,其技术水平和产业规模是一个国家或地区综合实力的重要标志。在分析技术、市场变化发展给我国集成电路产业带来的机遇与挑战的基础上,提出了在新时期我国应采取的发展战略和政策措施,即在政府政策资金支持、公共服务平台支撑、企业自主创新发展的共同努力下,紧紧抓住当前我国工业化和信息化融合背景下的巨大市场,提高自主创新能力,加大国产芯片的推广力度,实现技术和市场的良性互动发展。

| Abstract: | IC industry is the fundamental and strategic industry in the national economy and its technological level and industrial scale is an important mark of the comprehensive strength of country or region.Based on the analysis of opportunity and challenge brought by the advancement and change of technology and market,the article proposes the strategy and policy of development in the new era.By the cooperation and effort of policy and fund support from government,service sustentation from public platform and independent innovation of native enterprises,our IC industry must grasp the huge market on the background of inosculation of industrialization and informatization,and upgrade the capability of independent innovation.The spread of homemade production should also been strengthened.All of those above should be aimed at the positive interaction of technology and market in the development of our IC industry. |
