| 摘 要： | 康熙将自己深厚的理学造诣付诸治国实践,以宽仁、德治驾驭群臣,提倡清廉,而各级官员也以人品相砥砺,以名节、操守为尚,清廉为政之风蔚然而成,出现了空前绝后的清官之治.康熙与雍正、乾隆用人好尚、吏治思想各异,也使得三朝仕宦之风颇为不同.

| Abstract: | The Emperor of Kangxi put his ideology of Neo-Confucian in practice of managing state affairs, who advocated virtue, forgiveness, and incorruptibility in politics. Under the influence of the emperor, most officials encouraged and competed with each other in moral quality, fame and personal integrity. By the endeavor of the emperor and his officals, the grand clean offical era appreared. The diffrence of three emperors, Kangxi, Yongzheng and Qianlong, in way of official -appointing and managing, made their dynasties show different characteristics. |
