| Abstract: | The difficulties of training clinical concurrent teachers are that they are the special students who come from hospitals, whose knowledge are out of date, whose teaching methods are not standard. At the same time, the instructors' teaching level is needed to improve. We should pay attention to putting in good order between the students and the instructors so as to understand each other, strengthen the students' consciousness of teaching, improving the students' way of teaching, renewing the knowledge of students, broadening knowledge width, reinforceing the construction of the instructors themselves. |
