| 摘 要： | 毛泽东与邓小平的社会保障思想之共同之处,都认为在社会保障与经济建设的关系问题上,要重点发展生产,同时也认为社会保障要以合理、适度为原则;不同之处是,毛泽东过多地强调平均,而邓小平则主张效率优先,兼顾公平,并提出了具体的扶贫救济模式.

| Abstract: | Compared with the thought of social security of Mao Ze-dong and Deng Xiao-ping, the similarity lies in the fact that they all thought it was important to develop the production about the relation of social security and economic construction,with social security as the principle of moderation;the difference is that Mao Ze-dong concentrated on average excessively while Deng Xiao-ping preferred efficiency first and took fairness into account,and put forward the concrete model of supporting the poor. |
