| 摘 要： | 政党文化既是一种政治亚文化,也是一种组织文化.中国共产党政党文化包含有意识形态要素,制度规范要素,标识性要素.它们构成一个系统的亚文化,具有整合组织资源、薰陶党员素质、获取政治合法性、引领社会文化发展方向等功能.

| Abstract: | Party Civilization is not only a sub-culture of politics but also a kind of organization civilization. This essay explains the Party Civilization from two angles. The Civilization of the CCP includes essential factors of ideology, institution conformity and its characteristics. The systematic Party Civilization consists of these factors, which have such functions as integrating the organization resources, improving the Party members' quality, gaining political legitimacy and guiding the development of social culture. |
