Technological standardization and its legal issues concerning monopoly and anti-monopoly

This article starts with the "technological standards" and further demonstrates the relationship between intellectual property protection and its antimonopoly endeavor based on the pertinent prejudications of the United States. The article also reviews the applicable legal principles on regulation of antimonopoly in the United States, Japan as well as in Europe Union so as to provide the theory, experience and reference for China on legislation and judicial practice of regulating intellectual property right abuse.
