| 摘 要： | 湖南省的个案显示，20世纪50年代国家统购统销政策的实施，一方面，有利于国家权力的深入、渗透和扩展，推动了国家与社会的一体化走向；另一方面，在生产、流通和消费领域，以集中、统一的国家计划代替商品经济和市场机制的做法，也造成了农业生产的不安稳和农村社会的不安定。

| Abstract: | The case of Hunan province revealed that implementation of the system of state monopoly for purchasing and marketing in the 1950s, on the one hand, is conducive to the deepening, infiltration and expansion of state power, and promotes the integration of the state and society. On the other hand, in the fields of production, circulation and consumption, the practice of replacing commodity economy and market mechanism with centralized and unified national plan has also resulted in the unsteadiness of agricultural production and the instability of rural society. |
