论高校体育教学与健康教育

健康教育是高校体育教学的重要内容,而高校体育教学则是实现大学生健康教育的有效途径和手段。目前我国高校体育教学中的健康教育,学生健康状况和健康意识仍较差,学校和教师的健康教育观念及措施滞后,体育与健康教育相结合缺乏系统性、示范性教学。应转变观念和提高认识,加强体育教师的健康教育培训,努力使教学内容与健康接轨,改变一体化的教学组织形式,建立一套合理的教学评价机制。

On University Physical Education and Health Education

Health education is an important part of physical education, and physical education is an effective way achieve health education for students. Currently, health education, status and awareness of students are still weak in physical education, and the concepts and practices in health education of schools and teachers are still lag behind. Furthermore, the combination of physical and health education is short of systematic and demonstration teaching. Therefore, we should take the following measures, such as changing ideas and raising awareness, enhancing physical health education trainings for teachers, combining the teaching content and health standards together, as well as establishing a reasonable teaching evaluation mechanism.
