| 摘 要： | 分析不同采摘季节对含笑挥发油成分的影响.采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取含笑中的挥发油,用归一化法测定各组分的质量百分数,并用GC-MS对其化学成分进行鉴定.共鉴定出33种化合物,占挥发油总成分的80%以上,说明不同采摘季节对含笑挥发油成分的影响很大.本实验稳定可靠、重现性好,适用于含笑挥发油成分的分析.

| Abstract: | To observe the influence of different season on the chemical components in the volatile oil of Michelia multifloliate by GC-MS.The volatile oil was extract from Michelia multifloliate by steam distillation and the amount of components in the volatile oil was determined by area normalization methods and the components was identified by GC-MS.Thirty-three components were separated and identified which were accounted for more than 80% in the total of constitutes of the volatile oil.The content of volatile oil in Michelia multifloliate was influenced by the different season.The method is reliable and has a good repeated and can be applied to volatile oil components in Michelia multifloliate. |
