| 摘 要： | 德庆县以柑桔主导产业，拓宽农民增收渠道；以减免农民负担，增加基本建设投入，增加转移支付。建设生态文明村等手段促进农民增收。同时通过转变政府角色和职能，善用财政手段支持新农村建设，培育特色效益农业，为其它地区县域经济的发展提供了新的模式借鉴。

| Abstract: | Deqing county expands the channels to increase the farmers' income with kinds of means,such as increasing basic construction input,increasing transfer payment,building ecological model village.Through changing government role and function,supporting new rural construction,fostering the characteristic profitable agriculture,a new mode of economic development is established. |
