CIMS System Design Based on Batch Technology Process

The paper is a study of CIMS application in batch technology process industry. A computer-aided product-developing system is introduced to solve the problems of long product cycle, slow product structure adjustment, unstable product quality, and others such as production management and capital control. Guided by the CIM, computer-aided quality system is adopted to improve product quality; computer-aided management information system is used to suit the varied production management; the building of integrated manufacturing system aims at improving the equipment automation and production control.
