| 摘 要： | 20世纪50年代国外法学界开始研究法律逻辑学这门学科，70年代末法律逻辑学在中国兴起。至今，在我田的发展经历了逻辑应用和应用逻辑两个阶段，现对法律逻辑学走过的这段历程作一简单四顾和评析，希望对法律逻辑学的未来发展有所帮助。

| Abstract: | The legal logic is a new subject which has emerged in China from the 1970s. So far, the legal logic has experienced two stages of development ——＂the logic applied in the law＂ （i.e. applied logic） and ＂the development of legal logic under the special context of law ＂（i.e. application logic）. With the hope of helping the legal logic develop further, this paper will make a brief review and comment on the development process. |
