| 摘 要： | 个性化发展是当今世界各国高等教育发展的共同趋势,而在“个性缺失”的中国,促进大学的个性化发展显得尤为重要。没有个性,大学就等于舍弃了创新的源泉,也就等于舍弃了核心竞争力的塑造。
