| 摘 要： | 现阶段我国的能源资源供需不仅面临着“峰值相逼”的威胁,而且缺乏国际油品市场的定价话语权,也严重制约了缓解能源问题压力的能力和规避能源问题风险的能力。通过实施技术节能和结构节能建立健全能源节约体系,通过加快新能源和可再生能源研究开发建立起有效的后备能源体系,同时注重加大环境保护与治理力度以实现能源开发利用和环境保护的和谐发展,所有这些均对能源问题的解决具有重要影响。

| Abstract: | Energy supply and demand in China is not only faced with contradictory situation,but in want of a discourse of list price in international oil market.It thus results in the inability to relieve energy resources pressure and to evade the risk of energy.To solve this problem,the article offers such measures as establishing and perfecting the systems of energy saving and reserve,and realizing the harmonious development between energy exploitation and environmental protection. |
