论案例教学法在环境法学教学中的应用

摘    要:在环境法学案例教学中,教师应以服务教学目的和教学内容为准则,并根据各方面的主客观条件,灵活选择课堂讲授、课堂讨论、视听演示、网络互动、庭审观摩、模拟法庭、诊所教学、实习教学等案例教学的基本模式。教师还应当高度重视案例教程的编写、教学案例的选择、案例教学方案的设计和案例教学环节的组织,不断积累经验,提高案例教学的水平,以期共同推进我国环境法学教研质量。

Abstract:For environment law case teaching, teachers are supposed to conform to the education tenet and stick to the teaching syllabus, considering the subjective and objective conditions from all aspects and selecting corresponding modes for case teach ing, including but not limited to the lecturing, class discussion, visual and audio demonstration, court-hearing emulation, mock trial, clinical training and internship, to name a few. Moreover, the teachers should lay more emphasis on the compilation of case teaching textbooks, the selection of teaching cases, the design of case teaching plans and the organization of each link of the case teaching, thus more experiences could be gained and their level for case teaching could be enhanced, by all these meas- ures, a fundamental and qualitative leap are anticipated to be realized in China~s environmental law teaching and study.
