| 摘 要： | 高等教育的成本分担理论依据主要有公共产品理论、人力资本理论和教育成本分担理论,其成本分担模式有欧洲模式、美国模式和日本模式。国内大学生在分担学费方面存在着责任和意识缺失的问题,主要表现在家长和学生分担学费比例出现倒置、学生分担成本方式落实不到位、高等教育地区间收费单一等方面。因此,必须完善倡导自强自立、深化收贷措施、细化收费差别、完善勤工助学制度等,以重建大学生高等教育成本分担责任,促使高等教育成本分担更加趋于科学合理。

| Abstract: | The personal sharing of higher education cost is a hot issue in our country.Comparing the international higher education cost-sharing patterns with our present cost-sharing pattern,we find that there exists the problem of lacking responsibility and awareness in sharing tuitions among college students,mainly resulting from the unreasonable cost-sharing proportion between parents and students,the incompletion in implementing the mode of cost-sharing,and the single charging method among different regions.It is... |
