| 摘 要： | 网络媒介正在将政府、媒体和受众关系的“调整”带向深入，政府信息传播作为一种政府管理行为和权力运作方式需要加强自身建设。确立科学的意识理念、完善相关法律法规、建立健全互联网管理体制和安全预警系统以及加强网络人才队伍建设是解决目前我国政府网络信息传播问题的关键所在。

| Abstract: | The relationships between Government, media and audience are penetrated by network media. As a governmental management behavior and a mode of right operation, government information dissemination needs to strengthen self-construction. At present, it is essential to Chinese government network information dissemination to cultivate scientific awareness, improve relevant laws and regulations, establish and improve internet management and warning systems, quicken the construction of the army of network talents. |
