| 摘 要： | 执政党的基础是人民群众,人心向背是决定一个政党、政权盛衰的根本因素。中国共产党人的世界观、性质、宗旨决定了其立党为公、执政为民的必然性。执政党唯有执政为民,其地位才能稳固持久。
