| 摘 要： | 监狱行刑社会化过程实际上是罪犯由监狱走向社会的一个过渡阶段,是罪犯顺利回归社会的一个重要环节。作为刑罚权运作的一种理念和模式,监狱行刑社会化是刑罚发展的必然结果。我国在监狱行刑社会化方面存在着监狱等级和分类不科学 行刑模式单一、假释适用率偏低 教育改造手段简单、粗放,科学化不足等诸多问题。构建具有中国特色的监狱行刑社会化制度,需要完善罪犯调查分类制度,建立警戒程度不等的监狱 创建行刑累进处遇制度,扩大假释适用 完善教育改造手段等。

| Abstract: | The imprisonment punishment isolates the criminals from the normal society,but the ultimate goal is the re-socialization of criminals,which has become a major conflict.So that the idea of socialization of prison execution comes into being.The process of socialization of prison punishment is in fact an important stage of criminals＇ rehabilitation.Execution socialization is regarded as an ideal model and is the necessary result of the development of punishment system.But there are many problems in China＇s socialization of prison execution,so it is necessary to analyze and sort out these problems,thereby improving the execution system which is also the purpose of the study of prison execution. |
