| 摘 要： | 当前学者对科技金融创新工作的重点领域有三种争论：科技创新重点论、金融创新重点论、科技与金融结一合论。其中，科技创新重点论者有科技部门与金融部门之争，金融创新重点论者有融资渠道创新和科技金融体系创新之争。我国科技金融创新模式可以在以科技与金融相结合作为重点领域的基础上，确定以创新科技金融创新。体系为具体路径。
