伦理化的社会关系与中国传统国家两重性

中国传统国家存在着"权力大"和"能力小"的双重性,根源在于社会关系伦理化导致社会关系"二人化",消解了本应作为权利主体的个人和社会组织,造成公共领域私人化,社会组织发育不足。由于缺乏社会组织作为中介,使国家公权力扩张和社会控制能力不足。而在20世纪,历史惯性使国家仍带有传统痕迹而对社会转型产生深刻影响。解决问题的途径在于通过市场经济和多元的社会组织形式,训练人们公共生活的规范意识和习惯,建立中介性社会关系,形成个人、社会与国家三者间的相对独立。

Duality of Moralized Social Relations and Chinese Traditional State Concept

China,as a traditional state,has the duality of "super power" and "little ability",which lies in the social relations' moralization.The moralization leads to the littleness of social organizations,individualization of public fields,and the weakness of social organizations.Lacking the social organizations as the broker,the state public power expands and the social control weakens.In the 20th century,the tradition still left some traces and had great influence on the social transformation.The solution to this problem must be through market economy and multi-social organizations,the education of public life consciousness and good habits,the establishment of broker social relations,and the independence of individual,society and state.
