| 摘 要： | 面对 20世纪 90年代以来“科学技术突飞猛进，知识经济已见端倪，国力竞争日趋激烈”的世界形势，江泽民同志继承了邓小平科技理论，创造性地提出科技创新思想。江泽民同志的科技创新思想具有十分丰富的理论内涵，极大地发展了邓小平科技理论，具有深远的战略意义。
