| 摘 要： | 企业技术创新与提升核心竞争力是对立统一的辩证关系:技术创新是培育与强化企业核心竞争力的根本途径;企业核心竞争力是促进与引导技术创新的重要因素。培育企业核心竞争力,应着力进行技术创新,并努力克服两者的制约关系,实现互动的螺旋式发展态势。

| Abstract: | The relationship between technical innovation and enhancement of the core competitiveness in an enterprise is the dialectical relationship of unity of opposites.Technical innovation is the fundamental way to nurture and enhance the core competitiveness in an enterprise,and the core competitiveness in the enterprise,the important factor to promote and guide technical innovation.The constraints arising between them should be overcome so as to realize an interactive and spiral development in the enterprise. |
