中国共产党执政安全问题研究

执政安全是指政党执政不存在危险或受到内外执政风险影响下能保持执政地位，它包括积极主动的竞争力和相对被动的抗风险的能力。目前，国际和国内两个方面都有许多危害影响中国共产党执政安全的若干因素。因此，必须采取找准巩固执政安全的出发点、确立执政指导思想、着力提高执政能力、坚实执政基础、攻克执政难题、造就执政保证、优化执政环境等对策来巩固党的执政安全。

Study on Security of CPC's Ruling

Ruling security refers to the security of the ruling Party without danger or the stable status of theruling Party in spite of ruling risks at home and abroad. It includes active and intiative competitiveness and rela-tively passive anti -- danger capacity. Now, there are many factors that affect the CPC's ruling security in theworld and in China. Therefore, we must concentrate on the starting points to consolidate the ruling security, es-tablish the guiding ideology of our ruling, improve our ruling ability, lay a sound foundation for the ruling, over-come ruling difficulties, create ruling guarantee, optimize ruling environment and take other measures to ensurethe ruling security.
