企业衍生研究导论

一个国家、区域的经济增长,既可以沿循企业规模扩张的路径,也可以沿循产业簇群式的企业数量扩张的路径。就后一种增长路径而言,新企业生成涌现的速度越快、数量越多,经济发展就会越快。探索新企业生成的内在规律,是研究经济增长的一条不可忽视的重要理论路径。对新企业生成过程作一广角透视和理性追踪可以发现:有许多新企业是由现有企业经过裂变、孵化、分孽、分工等复杂衍生过程而来,新企业与老企业之间存在着无法割断的衍生生成机缘。经济发展演化与企业衍生之间有着密不可分的内在关联。经济演化的许多奥秘都与企业代际衍生相关。演化经济学应当把企业衍生问题作为自身的一个基本理论视域。只有这样,对经济演化过程的全面客观真实的理解才是可能的。
