| 摘 要： | 古人对“玉”顶礼膜拜,将它视为姿容、品德、情操、才华、信义等一切美好事物的象征,以至“凡所甚美者则以玉言之”,涉及的范围几乎无所不包。这种语用的表现形式主要体现在“比喻、借代、敬称、美称”等辞格的运用上。

| Abstract: | Ancient Chinese made a fetish of "jade"and regarded it as a symbol of all beautiful things, such asattractive 1ooking, good virtues, noble values, unusual talent and good faith. They used "jade" to modify or sym-bolize things nice and beautiful and "jade" was involved almost in everything. The form of expression is foundchiefly in such figures of speech as metaphor, metonymy, terms of respect and compliment. |
