论发达地区构建和谐社会中人与自然矛盾的协调

马克思的“社会”概念包含“个人———社会———自然”三个点,包含“人与人”及“人与自然”两大矛盾,人与自然矛盾的协调是构建和谐社会的重要内容之一。在我国发达地区,人与自然的矛盾由于进入重化工业阶段而最先凸显出来,最先被关注。要解决这个矛盾必须在社会层面上彰显社会主义制度的优势明确生产目的,在决策层面上把人口———资源———环境看成是一个自组织系统,在技术层面上运用科技创新应对出现的问题,在道德层面上树立全民环保意识和全新的生活理念。

On the Coordination between Humankind and Nature under the Harmonious Society of Developed Area

There are three points "individuality-society-nature"in Marx's "society" concept,covering two contradictions of "human and human" and "human and nature".The harmony between humankind and nature is an important content of building up "a harmonious society".In the developed areas of our country,the contradiction between humankind and nature has appeared,and has been greatly concerned because the areas have entered into the period of heavy chemical industry.To overcome the difficulty,what we must do is:to give a full play to the superiority of socialist institution at social level,to look the population-resources-environment as a self-organization system at policy level,to apply new science and technology to solve the problem at technical level,to set up the (consciousness) of protecting environment and new living idea of the whole people at ethic level.
