| 摘 要： | "正确处理人民内部矛盾"思想是以毛泽东为首的中国共产党第一代领导集体共同智慧的结晶,它为当时处理执政者与群众之间的矛盾提供了重要的指导策略,对于当前执政党"妥善处置群体性事件"同样具有重要的现实意义和理论价值.第一,要以常态化的心态正确对待群体性事件;第二,要讲究策略妥善处理群体性事件;第三,要实现对群体性事件的制度化调控.
