| 摘 要： | 产业社会的职业道德一定体现于其产业文化形态中,它不可能是直接沿用"旧社会"传统"私性道德"的表现式,而必然地要顽强凸现出"文化自己"的"业态内涵",即职业道德规范的"他律性"、职业道德实现的"法制性"和职业道德目的的"文化性".我们只有认识和掌握了这一职业活动中的本然规律,才有可能建立真正的、符合产业社会发展的职业道德文化体系.

| Abstract: | The professional ethics for the industral society is always manifested in the form of industrial culture.The industrial society is impossible to go on using directly the behaving way of the traditional private ethics from "the old society",but it is natural for it to show its cultural connotation.That includes the principle of being restricted by outer forces and the cultural characteristics at which the professional ethics aims.When we realize and master the law of this profession, we can really set up a cultural system of the professional ethics which is suitable for the development of the industrial society. |
