| 摘 要： | 自1997年以来,我国就一直出现需求不足、经济增长乏力等现象,我国政府对此采取了积极的财政政策和稳健的货币政策,但并未取得很大的成效。但对我国财政货币政策的效应进行因果分析与协整分析,可以看出我国财政、货币政策效应并未失效。应针对我国财政货币政策效应不佳的原因,采取相应对策。

| Abstract: | Since 1997 the market demand has not been enough and the velocity of the development of economy has been lower in our country. Our government has been adopting positive fiscal policy and moderate monetary policy. But the result is not effective.So many people have doubt about the efficiency of the policies.But from the efficiency of fiscal-monetary policy with causal analysis and cointegration analysis,we can draw a conclusion that the fiscal-monetary policy is effective. |
