| 摘 要： | 近现代史上 ,日本在中国东北地区采取种种手段一步一步地攫取侵略权益 ,从而形成了所谓的“满蒙权益”。由此“使人不得不对日本在其现代对外关系上学习和运用欧洲外交最恶劣的特点及在某些制度上融会西方文化的比较优良部分的聪明智慧 ,具有深刻的印象”。

| Abstract: | In modern time,Japanese government adopted all means to grab privileges in China's Northeast("Manchuria" and Inner Mongolia) ,and gradually got the "special interests".And the people have to be impressed by the wits of Japanese government which learned and used the evilest of European diplomacy in its relations with the other states in modern time while absorbing the relatively better of western civilization for systems. |
