| 摘 要： | 民族地区全面建设小康社会必须建立有地方特色的现代工业体系和科技创新体系。在此进程中,高等工科教育将从科技人才培养、科学技术创新和高新技术产业化等方面发挥重要作用。本文围绕构建适应小康社会建设的民族地区高等工科教育体系,阐述民族地区高等工科教育的根本任务、办学特色、办学质量、办学层次和学科结构优化、师资队伍建设以及产学研结合等方面的问题。

| Abstract: | All-around construction of well-off society in national areas must be found modern system of industry and innovation of science and technology with region features. In this course, senior engineering education should play an important role in technical talent cultivation, innovation of technology and industrialization of high technology. This article elucidates some problems relating to senior engineering education system adapted to the construction of modern society in regions, including essential mission, operation feature, talent cultivation quality and layer, optimum of subject frame, construction of teaching force and combination of production-learning-research. |
