西部民族牧区城镇化与畜牧产业化互动模式研究

西部民族牧区的城镇化能有效推进牧民的转移、提高牧业生产效率，解决超载过牧等损害草原牧区环境的畜牧生产问题。但如何推进牧区城镇化，既能切实提高牧民生产生活水平，又不造成新一轮草场破坏而危害环境？应以牧业产业化为切入点，在政府主导的规划和建设中推进牧区城镇化，争取以最小代价提高牧民组织化和社会化程度，推动牧区公共服务均等化进程，促进牧区市场发展，在经济社会的发展中更好地解决牧区的生态和环境问题。

A Study on the Interaction Mode of Urbanization and Husbandry Industrialization of Ethnic Pastureland in the West

The urbanization of ethnic pastureland in the west is helpful to pushing forward the absorption of surplus labor, improving efficiency of husbandry production and increasing income of herdsmen and resolving problem of overloading of pastureland which results in deterioration of pastureland environment. However, how to push forward the urbanization of pastureland and increase income of herdsmen without bringing a new round of deterioration of pastureland environment are problems we need to solve. The author thinks that we should begin with husbandry industrialization under the guidance of government, push forward the plan and construction of husbandry industrialization, improve organization and socialization of herdsmen and speed up public service of pastureland so as to promote the development of pasture market and tackle ecological and environmental problem in economic and social development of pastureland.
