摘    要:西方教育管理研究成果丰富,随着研究路线和研究范式的发展,各种理论流派和研究成果异彩纷呈。教育管理科学论、教育管理主观论、教育管理批评论、教育管理价值论和教育管理整合论,构成了当代教育管理理论的主要流派。我国教育管理研究应积极移植借鉴西方的研究成果和研究方法,关注我国教育管理改革的实际问题,尊重中国的政治、文化传统,自主创新,努力构架中国特色的教育管理学学科体系。

Abstract:There are many research achievements in Hesperian educational administration management research.With the development of its research route and paradigm,various academic schools and research achievements are extraordinary splendor.There are five theories of educational administration,such as scientific theory,subjective theory,critic theory,worth theory and combinative theory,which consist of main theory schools of the present educational administration.We should transplant and use Hesperian research findings and methods for reference in China's educational management research,paying much attention to practical issues in the reformation of educational management in China.We should respect China's politics and culture traditions,actualize independent innovation,and strive discipline system of educational management with China's characteristics.
