| 摘 要： | 民族乡是我国民族区域自治地方的重要补充,民族乡小城镇化是我国城市化的组成部分。民族乡建制为民族镇是民族乡小城镇建设的必由之路。法律地位不明确等问题导致民族乡小城镇建设陷入困境。法律法规赋予民族镇以民族乡同样的法律地位,是民族乡小城镇建设的必然要求和发展途径。

| Abstract: | The ethnic townships is the most important part of autonomous areas in China. The problems of the legal status of ethnic townships lead to trouble for the urbanization of ethnic townships. The legal status of ethnic townships given by laws and regulations is a realistic requirement and a basic way to strengthen social and economic development in more than one thousand ethnic townships. |
